The last film she worked on was "Hello Dolly", with Barbara Streisand; after thirty years in the business, she retired. She moved to Newport Beach and attended UCI and Fullerton where she received a B.A. in World History and came out a writer; at sixty years old.
Lillie has written six books and a screenplay and after twenty years of writing she has gone into the business of publishing her own books.
